摘 要:基于2016年4月至2017年3月在云南景洪连续12个月的定点调查结果,分析了东亚屋顶鼠的年龄结构、性别、肥满度及其随季节变动趋势。结果表明,东亚屋顶鼠是调查当地的优势鼠种,平均相对多度84.3%。在所捕获的2053只东亚屋顶鼠中,大多数为成年鼠(86.51%),雌雄比为1.11∶1。该种群年龄结构及肥满度在不同月份存在显著差异(P<0.05)。对东亚屋顶鼠的肥满度研究显示,该鼠的平均肥满度为(2.61±0.57)g/cm^(3),雌鼠肥满度高于雄鼠,未成年鼠的肥满度高于成年鼠(P<0.05);肥满度与各月平均气温、平均相对湿度、降水量之间无明显相关性。推测10月至翌年1月是东亚屋顶鼠繁殖高峰期,提示每年9月是灭鼠的最佳时期。The Southeast Asian House rat(Rattus brunneusculus)was an important pest in agriculture.From April 2016 to March 2017,a 12-month consecutive field investigation was conducted at Jinghong county of Yunnan province.The age structure,sex ratio,relative fatness,and seasonal trends of R.brunneusculus were analyzed in this article.The results indicated that R.brunneusculus was the dominant species in Jinghong,and the average relative abundance was 84.3%.Among the 2,053 R.brunneusculus individuals,the majority were adults(86.51%),and the ratio of female to male was 1.11:1.There were significant differences in the age structure as well as the relative fatness of R.brunneusculus in different months(P<0.05).The results indicated that the average relative fatness of R.brunneusculus individuals was 2.61±0.57 g/cm^(3),which changed with age and gender.The juveniles had higher relative fatness than the adults,and the females were fatter than the males(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between the relative fatness and the meteorological factors.October to next January were the peak months for the breeding of R.brunneusculus,suggesting that September was the optimal time for the prevention and control.
