摘 要:为了解珍稀濒危植物堇叶紫金牛(Ardisia violacea)的致濒因素,研究了其种子生物学、种子活力及萌发特性。结果表明:堇叶紫金牛果实纵、横径平均为5.85 mm、6.34 mm,千粒重为128.56 g;种子纵、横径平均为4.32 mm、4.81 mm,千粒重为66.78 g;种子吸水10h后达到饱和状态;不同方法测定的种子活力为80.7%~90.5%;温度为25℃条件下,堇叶紫金牛的种子发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数均达最大值,分别为85.6%,23.7%和3.5;一年生苗高为35.2 mm。综上可见,堇叶紫金牛的种子优良、萌发率高、苗木生长良好,种子并不是构成其濒危的因素。To understand the endangered factors of Ardisia violacea,the seed biology,seed vigor and germination characteristics were studied.The results showed that the average length and width of the Ardisia violacea fruit were 5.85 mm and 6.34mm;the average 1000-grain weight was 128.56g;The seed mean length and width were 4.32 mm and 4.81 mm;1000-grain weight was 66.78 g.The seeds reached the saturation state after absorbing water for 10 h.The seed vigor measured by different methods was 80.7%~90.5%;At the temperature of 25℃,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of A.violacea reached the maximum value of 85.6%,23.7%and 3.5 respectively.The average height of one year old seedlings were 35.2 mm.To sum up,A.violacea had excellent seeds,high germination rate and good seedling growth.Seed was not major factor causing the endangered population.
