从阴阳类证辨治痛风病浅探

摘　　要：阴阳是中医学的根本特点,阴阳辨证是中医辨证的基础和精髓。痛风病多有急性发病、易发易散、红肿灼热、全身游走痛,四肢阳面关节多属于阳类证,夜间发病、疼痛固定不移、隐痛不消、痛风石以及心肾受损等阴类证,通过阴阳类证分析痛风病的病因病机,以阴阳立法,设定以本虚标实为阴阳类证病机,阴液亏虚,阳气不振为本虚,风寒湿热为标实,以当归拈痛汤一方辨证加减证治痛风病阴阳类证,具有一定的参考意义。Yin-Yang is the fundamental characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine,and Yin-Yang differentiation is the basis and essence of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation.Gout usually has acute onset,easy to spread,redness,swelling,burning,and pain throughout the body.The yang,face and joints of the limbs are mostly Yang syndromes,and the onset at night,the pain does not move,the dull pain does not disappear,tophi,heart and kidney damage and other Yin types certificate.Analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of gout through Yin and Yang syndromes,and legislate with Yin and Yang. It is set to take the deficiency of the original as the Yin and Yang type syndromepathogenesis, the deficiency of Yin fluid, the deficiency of the Yang Qi as the original deficiency, and the cold, dampand heat as the standard. The treatment of Yin and Yang syndromes of gout with Danggui Niantong decoction has certainreference significance.
