浅论《伤寒论》“但头汗出”的病机与证治

摘　　要：探究《伤寒论》中“但头汗出”的病机与证治,认为其病机主要分为阳热蒸迫、湿热郁结、水热互结、少阳之邪与水饮互结、少阳郁热、血热壅滞、阴竭阳脱、郁热熏蒸,并给予相对应治疗处方。并列举验案一例。Investigating the Pathogenesis and Syndrome Differentiation of“Sweating only on Head”in“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”,the authors identifies it includes hot steam press,retention of fluid with heat,retention of Shaoyangpathonge with fluid,accumulation of Shaoyang heat,retention of blood with heat,exhausted Yin with collapsed Yang,steam press of retention of heat.According to these pathogenesis,we can provide corresponding prescription.And enumerating a effective medical case.
