黄传兵应用藤类药辨治类风湿关节炎经验拮萃

摘　　要：黄传兵主任医师长于治疗类风湿关节炎,尤善应用藤类药物。认为类风湿关节炎病理性质为本虚标实,以肝脾肾亏虚为本,风寒湿热之邪闭阻经脉为标,藤类药走经通络,善治风疾,可以使药物直达病所。治疗上主张以通为用,根据藤类药物的作用特点,将其分为祛风散寒通络、清热除湿通络、养血活血通络三类,临床上辨证使用藤类药物,加减配伍,相得益彰,疗效显著。现将其经验总结如下,并附验案一则以佐证。Chief Physician HUANG Chuanbing is good at treating rheumatoid arthritis,especially using rattan drugs.It is believed that the pathological nature of rheumatoid arthritis is based on the deficiency of the disease and the deficiency of the liver,spleen and kidney,and the obstruction of the meridians due to wind,cold,dampness and heat.In terms of treatment,it is recommended to use general medicine.According to the characteristics of rattan drugs,they are divided into three categories:dispelling wind,dispelling cold and dredging collaterals,clearing heat,dehumidifying and dredging collaterals,nourishing blood,promoting blood,and dredging collaterals.Compatibility,complement each other,and have remarkable curative effect.The experience is summarized as follows,and an inspection case is attached to support it.
