刘文娥治疗宫腔粘连致不孕经验浅析

摘　　要：宫腔粘连是现代女性常见的生殖系统疾病,也是目前导致不孕的重要原因,宫腔粘连因治疗效果不佳、复发率高成为临床棘手问题。刘文娥教授认为金刃损伤胞宫胞脉是形成宫腔粘连的主要病因,肾精亏虚、冲任气血不足、瘀热互结是本病的基本病机,治疗应补益肾精、益气养血、活血化瘀。通过跟随刘教授临诊,整理研习导师治疗宫腔粘连的病案,从病因病机、临床评价及周期治疗三方面对导师诊治宫腔粘连不孕的经验进行浅述,并举案佐证。Uterine adhesion is a common reproductive system disease in modern women,and it is also an important cause of infertility at present.Uterine adhesion is a clinically difficult problem due to poor treatment effect and high recurrence rate.LIU Wen’e believes that gold blade damage to the uterine cytokine is the main cause of intrauterine adhesions.Deficiency of kidney essence,insufficient Chong and Ren Qi and blood,and stasis and heat are the basic pathogenesis of this disease.Treatment should replenish kidney essence and Qi.Nourish blood,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.LIU’s clinical consultations,sorting out the medical records of the study tutor for the treatment of intrauterine adhesions,and briefly described the tutor’s experience in diagnosis and treatment of intrauterine adhesions infertility from three aspects:etiology and pathogenesis,clinical evaluation and periodic treatment,and cited cases to support the case.
