摘 要:目的:探究针灸结合语言训练对脑瘫合并构音障碍患儿Frenchhay评分的影响;方法:选取脑瘫合并构音障碍患儿60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组给予综合语言训练,观察组给予针灸结合语言训练,疗程结束后比较两组患儿GESELL发育量表、Frenchhay构音评分;结果:治疗前两组患儿GESELL量表各评分比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患儿大运动、精细运动、语言、社交评分均较前提高,语言、社交评分观察组大于对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿构音评价各项目比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组除颌位置外,各评分均较前提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),反射、呼吸、唇运动、舌运动、喉控制、言语理解等评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合语言训练能改善口腔功能,提高构音、交流能力。Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture and language training on Frenchhay scores of children with cerebral palsy and dysarthria;Methods:To select 60 children with cerebral palsy and dysarthria,and randomly divide them into observation group and control group,each with 30 cases,control The group was given comprehensive language training,and the observation group was given acupuncture combined with language training.After the treatment,the GESELL development scale and Frenchhay articulation scores of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistical comparison between the scores of the two groups of children on the GESELL scale before treatment Significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups of children in major motor,fine motor,language,and social interactions were improved compared with the previous ones.The language and social scores of the observation group were greater than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of children’s articulation evaluation items(P>0.05).After treatment,except for the jaw position,the scores of the observation group were all higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of breathing,lip movement,tongue movement,throat control,and speech comprehension were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with language training can improve oral function,improve articulation and communication skills。
