二地抗痨方对肺结核咯血患者病理状态及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨二地抗痨方对肺结核咯血患者病理状态及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2018年10月—2019年10月125例肺结核咯血患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组62例患者接受抗结核、保肝、抗感染、卡巴克洛、止血芳酸等西医基础治疗,观察组63例在对照组治疗基础上增加二地抗痨方治疗,2组均持续治疗3个月,对比2组患者临床疗效、症状改善、免疫功能及药物安全性。结果:治疗后,观察组与对照组相比,临床症状改善;CD3+、CD4+、及CD4+/CD8+升高,CD8+降低;痰培养转阴率、病灶吸收有效率及空洞闭合有效率和总有效率增高,差异均有统计学意义。结论:二地抗痨方能明显减轻患者咯血、盗汗、呛咳等症状,有效改善肺结核局部病灶及空洞等病理状态,增强人体免疫能力,提高临床治疗效果,改善患者预后,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of Erdi Kanglao decoction on the pathological status and immune function of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,125 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis were selected as the research objects.They were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method.62 patients in the control group received anti-tuberculosis,liver protection,anti-infection,carbachol,Hemostatic acid and other basic western medicine treatments,63 patients in the observation group were treated with Erdi Kanglao decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,immune function and drug safety of the two groups were compared.Sex.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had improved clinical symptoms after treatment;CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+increased,and CD8+decreased;sputum culture conversion rate,effective rate of lesion absorption,effective rate of cavity closure and total effective rate Increased,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:Erdi Kanglao decoction can significantly alleviate the symptoms of hemoptysis,night sweats,and coughing in patients,effectively improve the pathological conditions such as local lesions and cavities of pulmonary tuberculosis,enhance human immunity,improve clinical treatment effects,and improve the prognosis of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
