摘　　要：瘀血是导致和加重肾病水肿的重要病理因素,瘀血阻滞,三焦气化不利,水道受阻,水液外溢肌肤可发为水肿,此即所谓血不利则化为水。化瘀利水是肾病水肿常用治法,泽兰,苦、辛,微温,归肝脾经,有活血祛瘀,利水消肿之效。临床在治疗肾病水肿时多选而用之,且常配伍泽泻、当归、川芎、益母草、大黄、佩兰、白术、黄芪、楮实子等以增其效。作者依据古今文献记载、名家经验及现代药理研究,将泽兰在肾病水肿中的运用进行了概述,对临床选药提供了理论支撑。Blood stasis is an important pathological factor that causes and aggravates nephrotic edema.The blocked blood stasis results in the Functional Activities of Qi of Triple Energizers are unfavorable,the water channel is blocked,and the water can overflow into the skin,which can lead to edema.Huayu Lishui is a common treatment for nephrotic edema.Lycopus lucidus Turcz,bitter,Xin and lukewarm,has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and diuresis which is used in clinic,and often be used in combination with Alisma Orientale,Angelica Sinensis,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,Motherwort,Rhubarb,Eupatorium Fortunei,Atractylodes Macrocephala,Astragalus Membranaceus,Fructus Broussonetiae and so on to increase its effectiveness.This article is based on ancient and modern literature,the experiences of famous experts and modern pharmacological research.We summarize the use of herba lycopi to treat with nephrotic edema and expected to help the clinic.
