王道坤运用温补脾肾汤治疗眩晕证经验探析

摘　　要：眩晕是临床常见病证,多从虚实两端辨证论治。因病机复杂,病情轻重缓急不一,其中急发者多为实,缓发者多为虚,特别是为虚者缠绵难愈,治疗棘手。吾师王道坤教授临证中对于眩晕辨证为虚者,认为多为脾肾亏虚,精髓不足,气血乏源,不能上充脑府,故而眩晕复作,治法多遵循温补脾肾,填精益髓,益火助阳之法,运用自拟温补脾肾汤,治疗此类眩晕常取卓效,值得推广。Dizziness is a common clinical disease and syndrome,and the treatment is usually based on syndrome differentiation and treatment.Due to the complex pathogenesis,the severity of the disease is different.Among them,the acute onset is mostly real,and the delayed onset is mostly deficient.Especially the deficient is lingering and difficult to heal,and treatment is difficult.In the clinic,Professor WANG Daokun of my teacher thinks that the spleen and kidney are insufficiency,the essence is insufficient,the source of qi and blood is insufficient,and the brain cannot fill the brain.Therefore,the vertigo reappears.The treatment is mostly based on warming the spleen and kidney,filling The method of replenishing the marrow,replenishing fire and assisting yang,using self-made Wenbu Pishen decoction,is often effective in treating such dizziness and is worthy of promotion.
