烧山火中“三才引卫”思想探析

摘　　要：烧山火作为复式补泻手法之一,临床广泛应用。通过文献追本溯源对三才本源、次序进行浅议,以“三才引卫”对烧山火热感机理进行探析,指出“三才引卫”是烧山火针刺的得气、守气、热感循经感传现象的关键所在,突出调卫气与导卫气的重要性,为针灸同仁用之临床提供参考。As one of the reinforcing and reducing methods of retest,the Techniques of Needling of Shaoshanhuo is widely used in clinic.This paper discusses the origin and order of the three talents through literature tracing,the mechanism of Techniques of Needling of Shaoshanhuo is analyzed with“three talents leading guard”.It is pointed out that“three talents leading guard”is the key to get Qi,keep Qi and transmit heat sensation along meridians,To highlight the importance of regulating Wei Qi and guiding Wei Qi,so as to provide reference for clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion colleagues.
