健脾利湿法在肉芽肿性乳腺炎治疗中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:探究健脾利湿法治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者70例,采用单盲、随机的研究方法将患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予以健脾利湿法和常规中医外科治疗方法,对照组予以常规中医外科治疗,观察2组之间的有效率、复发率、乳房外形、疼痛及生活质量等指标。结果:2组治疗后总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;乳房外形、瘢痕,乳房疼痛方面,2组治疗前后均有改善(P<0.05),具有统计学意义,治疗组与对照组组相比(P<0.05),具有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组。结论:健脾利湿法能降低肉芽肿性乳腺炎的复发率,提高其痊愈及临床痊愈率,同时能改善患者乳房外形及瘢痕,减轻乳房疼痛,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the method of strengthening the spleen and removing dampness in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis.Methods:Select 70 patients with granulomatous mastitis who meet the criteria,and use a single-blind,randomized research method to divide the patients into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with the method of strengthening the spleen and dampness and conventional TCM surgical treatment,and the control group was treated with conventional TCM surgical treatment.The effective rate,recurrence rate,breast shape,pain and quality of life were observed between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate after treatment in the two groups was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;in terms of breast shape,scars,and breast pain,both groups improved before and after treatment(P<0.05),with statistics Scientific significance,the treatment group is statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The method of strengthening the spleen and promoting dampness can reduce the recurrence rate of granulomatous mastitis,improve its recovery and clinical recovery rate,and at the same time can improve the breast shape and scars of patients,reduce breast pain,and improve the quality of life of patients.
