中医“肺病治肠”法在慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗中的运用进展

摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)属于常见病、多发病,随着疾病不断进展,会出现多种并发症、合并症。现代医学研究COPD发展中存在肠道菌群失调,而肠道菌群失调又会导致内毒素及炎症介质的释放,从而直接或间接的促进COPD的发生发展。运用中医整体观念及辨证论治思想,以“肺与大肠相表里”为理论基础的“肺病治肠”法是从肠论治肺病,将其应用于COPD的治疗中体现了脏腑辨证,通过治腑而达到治脏的目的。论文就近年来运用“肺病治肠”法治疗COPD的有关进展进行总结,为今后该方法的临床研究提供参考。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common and frequently-occurring disease.As the disease progresses,multiple complications and complications will occur.Modern medical research The development of COPD has intestinal flora imbalance,and intestinal flora imbalance will lead to the release of endotoxin and inflammatory mediators,which directly or indirectly promotes the occurrence and development of COPD.Using the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the thoughts of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the“lung disease and bowel treatment”method based on the theory of“lung and large intestine”is the treatment of lung disease from the bowel theory,and its application in the treatment of COPD reflects the syndrome differentiation of the viscera and the viscera through treatment And to achieve the purpose of governance.This article summarizes the relevant progress in the treatment of COPD with the“lung disease and bowel”method in recent years,and provides references for future clinical studies of this method.
