摘 要:采用硝酸锌—酒石酸法和乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐—磷酸法分别处理采集的地表水和废水样品,利用智能一体化蒸馏仪分别将易释放氰化物和总氰化物以氰化氢的形式蒸馏出来,通过分光光度法测定了氰化物的含量,实现了利用智能一体化异烟酸-吡唑啉酮分光光度法测定水中氰化物。结果表明:该方法蒸馏效果稳定、烧瓶受热均匀、蒸馏效果可控、操作简单、方便、自动化、智能化,可用于地表水和废水中氰化物的测定。In this paper,zinc nitrate-tartaric acid method and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt-phosphoric acid method were used to pretreat surface water samples and waste water samples collected,respectively.The easily liberatable cyanide and total cyanide were distilled in the form of hydrogen cyanide by intelligent integrated distillation apparatus,and the content of cyanide was determined by spectrophotometry.The intelligent integrated isonicotinic acid-pyrazolone spectrophotometry was established to determine the cyanide in water.The method has the advantages of stable distillation effect,uniform heating of flask,controllable distillation effect,simple operation,convenience,automation and intelligence,which can be used for the determination of cyanide in surface water and wastewater.
