摘 要:采用碱消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(简称ICP-OES)测定了土壤和沉积物中六价铬,研究了消解液用量、氯化镁和磷酸盐缓冲溶液的用量、消解温度等因素对测试的影响及三价铬共存时对六价铬的干扰情况。结果表明:当土壤样品5 g时,消解液用量50 mL,无水氯化镁0.4 g和磷酸盐缓冲溶液0.5 mL,消解温度92.5℃消解1 h能保证土壤中六价铬完全提取。该方法操作简单,线性好(R为0.9999),检出限低(0.18 mg/kg),准确度高和精密度良好。A method for the determination of hexavalent chromium in soil and sediment by ICP-OES was established.The effects of the amount of digestion solution,the amount of magnesium chloride and phosphate buffer solution,and the digestion temperature on the determination were studied.The interference of trivalent chromium on hexavalent chromium was also studied.The results show that when the soil sample is 5g,the amount of digestion solution is 50ml;anhydrous magnesium chloride is 0.4g;phosphate buffer solution is 0.5ml;the digestion temperature is 92.5℃;the hexavalent chromium in soil can be completely extracted.The method has the advantages of simple operation,good linearity(r=0.9999),low detection limit(0.18 mg/kg),high accuracy and good precision.
