摘　　要：为探索绿色建筑技术在夏热冬暖地区办公类建筑中的应用,深圳市某总部办公大厦在方案设计之初即融合绿色建筑理念,提出了项目的实施以立足本土、低投高效为原则,采用多种被动式和主动式绿色建筑技术,如建筑围护结构节能设计、高效空调照明设备选用、能耗监测系统、自然通风和自然采光、空调冷凝水回用等,以达到绿色建筑三星级设计目标,为同类项目提供参考借鉴。In order to explore the application of green building technology in office buildings in hot-summer-warm-winter areas,a headquarter office building in Shenzhen incorporate the concept of green buildings at the beginning of scheme design phases.The implementation of the project is based on the principle of local,low investment and high efficiency,which provides reference for similar projects through a variety of passive and active green building techniques,such as building envelope energy-saving design,air conditioning&lighting equipment with high efficiency selection,energy consumption monitoring system,natural ventilation and lighting,and air-conditioning condensed water reuse,etc.The project achieved three stars in China green building design evaluation.
