摘  要:河北钢铁股份有限公司承德分公司二高线精轧机组同步电机即采用LCI传动,主电机为双绕组同步电机,功率为5500 kW。自2017年起,LCI装置不定期出现过流故障,严重影响了二高线产线的正常生产,急需找出过流原因并采取针对性措施。为查找过流原因,从工艺、机械、电气检测元器件、电机、接地、外网电压波动几个方面着手,采用排除法逐步确定故障原因。The synchronous motor of the finishing mill unit of the second high line of Hebei Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.Chengde Branch is driven by LCI,and the main motor is a double-winding synchronous motor with a power of 5500 kW.Since 2017,the LCI device has been experiencing overcurrent faults from time to time,which has seriously affected the normal production of the second high line,and it is urgent to find out the causes of overcurrent and take targeted measures.In order to solve the cause of overcurrent,several aspects of process,mechanical,electrical detection components,motor,grounding,and external network voltage fluctuations were used to gradually determine the cause of the fault using the elimination method.
