摘 要:在海上油田低产井采用电潜泵举升过程中,电机温度过高将导致烧泵。针对于此问题,首先通过实验确定低产井电机烧泵时间,并通过有限元模拟的方法分析低产井井下流体的流动特征及传热规律,同时提出一种应用于电潜泵的回流补液方法。研究结果表明:在油井产量较低的条件下,流体温度对于电机温度影响不大;由于动液面低于泵吸入口,流体携热能力下降发生烧泵事故,电潜泵泵寿命最少减小为原有的0.21倍;采用回流补液方法后,温度平均降低130℃,电机温度处于安全温度范围内,说明回流装置具有很强可行性;回流通道尺寸在3~4 cm时,回流量最大,相应的电机温度也为各尺寸中最低。In the process of using electric submersible pumps to lift low-yield wells in offshore oilfields,excessive motor temperature will cause the pump to burn.In response to this problem,the motor pump burn-in time of low-yield wells through experiments was first determined,the flow characteristics and heat transfer laws of downhole fluids in low-yield wells through finite element simulation was analyzed,and a backflow replenishment method for electric submersible pumps was proposed.The research results show that under the condition of low oil well production,the fluid temperature has little effect on the motor temperature.Because the moving liquid level is lower than the pump suction port,the heat carrying capacity of the fluid decreases and the pump burn accident occurs,and the pump life of the electric submersible pump is at least reduced 0.21 times as small as the original.After the reflux method is used,the temperature is reduced by 130℃on average,and the motor temperature is within the safe temperature range,indicating that the reflux device is very feasible.When the size of the reflux channel is between 3~4 cm,the return flow is the largest,and the corresponding motor temperature is also the lowest among all sizes.
