摘 要:热分析方法是材料分析测试领域的重要实验技术,可以对金属材料的相变、氧化动力学等过程进行分析研究。热分析仪器一般构造精密、价格昂贵,在课内实验教学中学生难以实现对设备独立操作和深入理解。因此,依靠吉林大学本科生开放性创新实验平台,开设了基于TGA-DTA联用技术的课外实验项目,通过增加实验学时提供学生独立自主的操作机会,学生结合具体实验材料、形成完整实验方案,加深其对热分析原理和材料特性的系统理解,同时也有利于教学方法及实验室管理模式的改进与提升。Thermal analysis is an important experimental technology in the field of material analysis and testing,for metal materials,it can be used to analyze and study the phase transition,oxidation kinetics process,etc.Since the thermal analysis instruments both have precise structure and expensive price,it is difficult for the students to acquire independent operation and deep understanding of the equipment in the in-class experimental teaching.Therefore,the experiment project based on TGA and DTA technique was set up relying on the undergraduate open innovation experiment platform of Jilin University.Increased experimental teaching hours provides students with the opportunity for independent operation,and they could design a complete research plan with some specific experimental materials,all of these will lead to a better understanding of thermal analysis principle and material characteristics for the students.At the same time,it is also conducive to the improvement of teaching methods and laboratory management mode.
