摘 要:目的:研究分析对呼吸机相关肺炎患者的不同口腔护理时机的护理效果。方法:随机选取我院2018年5月至2019年5月内收治的100例重症监护病房采取机械通气的患者,所有患者以护理模式差异分为参照组(50例,常规口腔护理)和研究组(50例,高频率口腔护理),对比分析两组患者的呼吸机肺炎发生几率(早发型、迟发型)、口腔相关并发症(口腔霉菌、口臭、牙龈出血、口腔溃疡)发生几率和治疗情况(机械通气时长、住院时长)。结果:研究结果显示,研究组患者的呼吸机肺炎发生几率为18%(9/50)明显低于参照组36%(18/50),研究组患者的口腔相关并发症为20%(10/50)明显高于参照组34%(27/50)且研究组患者的机械通气时长和住院时长均明显短于参照组,所有对比均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:高频率的口腔护理对机械通气患者能有效降低患者呼吸机肺炎发生几率,降低口腔并发症几率和缩短治疗时间,较之常规口腔护理有更佳的应用价值。Objective:to study and analyze the nursing effect of different oral nursing opportunities for ventilator-related pneumonia patients.Methods:randomly selected from our hospital between May 2018 and May 2019 month treated 100 cases of intensive care unit to adopt mechanical ventilation patients,all patients to nursing mode differences were divided into control group(50 cases,conventional oral care)and group(50 cases,the high frequency of oral care),comparative analysis of two groups of patients with ventilator pneumonia risk(hair early,late onset),oral related complications(oral cavity mould,bad breath,bleeding gums,oral ulcer)risk and treatment situation(the length of mechanical ventilation,the length of time).Results:the results showed that,the team of the patient's breathing machine pneumonia risk was 18%(9/50),significantly lower than the control group 36%(18/50),group of patients with oral related complications was 20%(10/50),significantly higher than control group 34%(27/50)and the team in patients with mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group,all compared with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:high frequency of oral care for mechanical ventilation patients can effectively reduce the incidence of ventilator pneumonia,reduce the incidence of oral complications and shorten the treatment time,compared with conventional oral care has better application value.
