机械通气患者预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的集束化护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨机械通气患者预防呼吸机相关性肺炎集束化护理的应用价值。方法:此次研究所纳入的研究对象(n=80),是我院2018.3~2019.3月收治的行机械通气治疗患者。根据奇偶分配原则分组,分为对照组(n=40,常规护理)和实验组(n=40,集束化护理)。对比护理方案不同护理效果差异。结果:同对照组的机械通气时间、住院时间以及生活质量评分相比,观察组显著较优,数据比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率同对照组相比有显著差异(12.50%VS30.00%),撤机成功率较高(92.50%VS72.50%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用集束化护理干预,护理效果较为突出,有助于降低机械通气治疗患者并发症发生率,利于患者病情的早日康复。Objective:to explore the application value of mechanical ventilation in the prevention of ventilatorassociated pneumonia in patients with cluster care.Methods:the study subjects(n=80)included in this study are patients treated with mechanical ventilation in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019.According to the principle of odd-even distribution,they are divided into control group(n=40,routine care)and experimental group(n=40,clustered care).Compare the difference in the effect of different nursing programs.Results:compared with the control group’s mechanical ventilation time,hospital stay and quality of life scores,the observation group is significantly better,with significant differences in data comparison(P<0.05).The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group(12.50%VS30.00%),and the success rate of machine withdrawal was higher(92.50%vs 72.50%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of cluster nursing intervention,the nursing effect is more prominent,is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications of mechanical ventilation treatment patients,conducive to the early recovery of patients.
