浅谈漆包线在高速绕线机上使用时存在的问题及改善措施

摘　　要：针对目前漆包线在高速绕线机上使用时存在的问题,特别是高速绕线时漆包线被过度拉伸甚至被拉断的情况,根据对绕线设备的研究和漆包线生产过程的分析,并在实践中进行试验和改进,得出了改善的办法和措施。Because of the problems existing in the use of enameled wire on the high-speed winding machine,especially when the enameled wire is excessively stretched or even broken during high-speed winding,according to the research on winding equipments and analysis on the production process of enameled wire,and through some tests and improvements in practice,the improvement methods and measures are obtained.
