新时代大学生实干教育的内涵与辅导员工作理念探析

摘　　要：实干教育在大学生思想政治教育中占有非常重要的部分,高校辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,可以引领正确的人生奋斗方向,帮助大学生健康、积极、正向成长。本研究从开展大学生实干教育的必要性入手,重点从务实的奋斗方向、扎实的勤奋努力、平实的生活习惯、事实的创新创业、求实的实习实践五个方面论述了实干教育的内涵和意义。最后提出,新时代下,做好实干教育,辅导员需要树立勤于学习、以身作则、彰显公平的实干工作理念。Practical education occupies a very important part of the ideological and political education of college students.As the backbone of the ideological and political education of college students,college counselors can lead the correct direction of life struggle and help college students to grow healthily,actively and positively.This research starts with the necessity of carrying out practical education for college students,focusing on the connotation and significance of practical education from five aspects:pragmatic direction,solid diligence,plain living habits,factual innovation and entrepreneurship,and practical internship practice.Finally,it is pointed out that in the new era,to do a good job of practical education,counselors need to establish a practical work concept that is diligent in learning,setting an example,and demonstrating fairness.
