摘  要:新型师生关系具有三个特征,分别是平等和尊重、沟通和理解、信任和宽容。但是通过调查发现,当前卫生高职院校师生关系中存在师生情感淡化、师生关系功利化以及师生矛盾过激等问题。针对这些问题,可以通过革新师生观念、建设校园文化、创新教学方式、丰富交流方式等策略进行应对,从而为构建新型师生关系奠定坚实基础。The new teacher-student relationship has three characteristics,namely equality and respect,communication and understanding,trust and tolerance.However,through investigations,it is found that the current teacher-student relationship in health vocational colleges has problems such as weakening of teacher-student relationship,utilitarian relationship between teacher and student,and excessive teacher-student contradiction.In response to these problems,strategies such as reforming the concept of teachers and students,building campus culture,innovating teaching methods,and enriching communication methods can be used to deal with them,thereby laying a solid foundation for building a new type of teacher-student relationship.
