摘  要:如何培养和考查医护人员在医疗工作场景中的口语表达能力是医学英语课程教学和教学改革的重点之一。通过对国外职业英语考试(Occupational English Test,即OET)中口语分项技能考试的考试题型、施考过程、评分量表和评分过程等系统分析后发现,国内医学职业英语口语教学和考试还需要系统分析医药卫生行业典型的工作交际情境对语言表达能力方面的要求;培养和考查医学生或医务工作者在医疗工作交际情境中以患者或患者家属为中心,建立和谐医患关系的意识;加大医学职业英语口语考试机考或网考系统的开发力度,为全国性的医学职业英语口语考试提供技术支持。How the oral language skills of medical staff in the healthcare workplaces should be cultivated and tested has remained to be one of the focuses for medical English teaching and reform.The systematic analysis of the rubrics,the administration process,rating scales and the scoring process of the oral test section of the Occupational English Test(OET)reveal that the domestic medical vocational English teaching and testing should set agendas for systematic investigation and analysis of the communicative ability requirements in the typical healthcare workplace contexts,the cultivation and assessment of the medical students’and medical practitioners’awareness of taking patients or their caregivers as the center in the workplace communication in order to establish a sense of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,and the robust development of computer-based testing software or online testing system for medical vocational English test,thus providing technical support for the nationwide medical vocational oral English test.
