摘　　要：研究生是我国解决重大科技和社会问题的高层次创新人才,交叉学科建设对研究生创新能力培养具有至关重要的作用。从研究生视角,围绕交叉学科发展的影响因素、建设模式、管理体制等问题开展问卷调查研究。结果表明,宏观层面的顶层设计是交叉学科发展的立法保障,独立建制的实体平台是交叉学科发展的组织保障,柔性兼容的管理体制是交叉学科发展的制度保障。Graduate student is high-level innovative talents who may solve major technology and social problems in our country,and interdisciplinary is of great significance to cultivate the innovation ability of graduate students.So from the perspective of graduate student,questionnaire survey is mainly focus on the influence actors,construction mode and management mechanism of the interdisciplinary.The research results show the macro perspectivetop-level design is the legislative guarantee,an independent institute system is the organizational guarantee and a flexible and inclusive management mechanism is the policy guarantee.
