摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析用C型臂X线机引导下经椎板间入路靶点射频热凝毁损术治疗顽固性椎间盘源性腰痛的效果。方法:选择云南省滇南中心医院2019年9月至2020年9月期间收治的48例顽固性椎间盘源性腰痛患者作为研究对象。按照随机信封法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各有24例患者。用Kambin三角区穿刺入路射频热凝毁损术对对照组患者进行治疗,用C型臂X线机引导下经椎板间入路靶点射频热凝毁损术对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗效果的优良率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用C型臂X线机引导下经椎板间入路靶点射频热凝毁损术治疗顽固性椎间盘源性腰痛的效果显著,能有效地减轻患者腰痛的症状,缓解其病情。Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of target radiofrequency thermal coagulation with C-arm X-ray guided translaminar approach in the treatment of refractory discogenic low back pain.METHODS:A total of 48 patients with intractable discogenic low back pain admitted to Yunnan Central Hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the subjects.According to random envelope method,they were divided into ob servation group and control group,with 24 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation through the Kambin trigonometric approach,and patients in the observation group were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation through the interlaminar approach under the guidance of C-arm X-ray machine.Then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.RESULTS:The excellent and good rate of treatment effect in observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of refractory low back pain by radiofrequency thermal coagulation via interlaminar approach guided by C-arm X-ray machine has a significant effect,and can effectively rel ieve the symptoms of patients with low back pain and relieve th eir condition.
