摘  要:目的:探讨愈创木酚甘油醚对家兔血浆莫西沙星药动学的影响。方法:选取12只健康家兔作为研究对象。随机将这些家兔分为单用组和联用组。为单用组家兔使用200 mg/kg的莫西沙星灌胃,为联用组家兔先使用200 mg/kg的愈创木酚甘油醚灌胃,2 h后再使用200 mg/kg的莫西沙星灌胃。检测两组家兔的血浆莫西沙星药动学参数。结果:联用组家兔血浆莫西沙星的K_(a)、AUC_((0-t))及AUC_((0-∞))均大于单用组家兔,其C_(max)高于单用组家兔,其及t1/2长于单用组家兔,P<0.05。结论:愈创木酚甘油醚对家兔血浆莫西沙星的药动学影响显著。与使用莫西沙星灌胃的家兔相比,使用愈创木酚甘油醚灌胃后再使用莫西沙星灌胃的家兔血浆莫西沙星的t1/2更长,其C_(max)更高,其Ka、AUC_((0-t))及AUC_((0-∞))更大。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of guaiacol glycerol ether on the pharmacokinetics of moxifloxacin in plasma of rabbits.Methods:12 healthy rabbits were selected as the research object.These rabbits were randomly divided into single treatment group and combined treatment group.The rabbits in the single treatment group were gavaged with 200 mg/kg moxifloxacin,and the rabbits in the combined treatment group were gavaged with 200 mg/kg guaiacol glycerol ether first,and then 200 mg/kg moxifloxacin 2 h later.Plasma pharmacokinetic parameters of moxifloxacin in rabbits of two groups were determined.RESULTS:K_(a),AUC_((0-t))and AUC_((0-∞))of plasma moxifloxacin in the combination group were higher than those in the single group,and its C_(max) was higher than that in the single group,and its and T1/2 were longer than those in the single group,P<0.05.CONCLUSIONS:Guaiacol glycerol ether has significant effect on the pharmacokinetics of moxifloxacin in plasma of rabbits.Compared with the rabbits gavaged with moxifloxacin,the plasma moxifloxacin of rabbits gavaged with guaiacol glycerol ether and then gavaged with moxifloxacin had longer T1/2,higher C_(max),and higher Ka,AUC_((0-t))and AUC_((0-∞)).
