摘　　要：核电产业是一个与国家安全息息相关、具有较强外部性和公益性的特殊产业,因而不同于一般的竞争性产业。为确保核与辐射环境安全,为核事业的安全、健康发展保驾护航,开展电离辐射环境监测是核事业发展和辐射环境保护的重要环节。石岛湾核电厂址辐射环境现场监督性监测系统(以下简称"监督性监测系统")能实时在线连续监测核电厂周围辐射环境水平,半定量分析γ核素,辐射监测能力满足"国核安函[2014]49号"、《辐射环境检测技术》(HJ/T61-2001)的需求。该文对监督性监测系统中的外围辐射环境监测系统进行简单介绍。Nuclear power industry is a special industry closely related to national security,with strong externality and public welfare,so it is different from the general competitive industry.In order to ensure the safety of nuclear and radiation environment and to protect the safe and healthy development of nuclear industry,it is an important link to carry out ionizing radiation environmental monitoring for the development of nuclear industry and radiation environmental protection.The on-site supervisory monitoring system for radiation environment of Shidaowan Nuclear Power Plant site(hereinafter referred to as"supervisory monitoring system")can continuously monitor the radiation environment level around the nuclear power plant in real time and online,and semi quantitatively analyze the gamma nuclides.The radiation monitoring ability meets the requirements of"National Nuclear Safety letter[2014]No.49"and radiation environment detection technology(HJ/T61-2001).This paper briefly introduces the peripheral radiation environment monitoring system in the supervisory monitoring system.
