摘 要:随着国家对环境保护的日益重视和各类环保政策标准的陆续出台,环保类项目建设呈井喷式爆发,但是环保项目的过程管理、质量控制等依然存在很多的漏洞,因而在环保项目建设过程中暴露出了各种矛盾和问题。针对环保智能一体化项目的建设,从项目组织实施、沟通点检汇报、可视化管理要求这3个方面对整个项目的控制进行精细化管理的阐述,为企业环保集成类项目的开展与实施提出了具有针对性的解决对策、发展方向。如何加强环保项目的统筹管理能力,提高施工质量管控能力,达到有效的环保目标,是企业需要学习的重要能力。With the increasing attention of the state to environmental protection and the introduction of various environmental protection policies and standards,the construction of environmental protection projects is a blowout outbreak,but there are still a lot of loopholes in the process management and quality control of environmental protection projects,so in the process of environmental protection project construction exposed a variety of contradictions and problems.In view of the construction of environmental protection and intelligent integration project,the paper elaborates the control of the whole project from three aspects of project organization and implementation,communication,inspection and report,and visual management requirements,and puts forward targeted solutions and development directions for the development and implementation of environmental protection integration projects of enterprises.How to strengthen the overall management ability of environmental protection projects,improve the ability of construction quality control,and achieve effective environmental protection goals is an important ability for enterprises to learn.
