摘　　要：疫情的突然爆发,对沈阳市民的日常生活和体育行为产生了重要影响。该文主要采用问卷调查法对沈阳市民在疫情前后的体育意识和体育行为进行调查,并预测了居民的体育锻炼需求,分别为:沈阳居民群众体育参与人数将持续增加;推进沈阳体育供给侧改革,满足群众体育发展的场地需求;信息化时代的发展,保证体育信息传播的专业性与规范性;体育意识改变与体育行为的发生,催生专业健身指导的需求。The sudden outbreak of the epidemic has an important impact on the daily life and sports behavior of Shenyang citizens.This paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the sports awareness and behavior of Shenyang residents before and after the epidemic,and forecasts the residents'physical exercise needs,which are as follows:the number of Shenyang residents participating in mass sports will continue to increase;Promote Shenyang Sports supply side reform to meet the needs of mass sports development venues;The development of the information age ensures the professionalism and standardization of sports information dissemination;The change of sports consciousness and the occurrence of sports behavior give birth to the demand of professional fitness guidance.
