摘 要:某电厂660 MW汽轮发电机组自机组投产以来一直存在发电机氢气纯度偏低的情况,不仅影响发电机的效率,还不利于机组的安全运行。该机组系氢冷发电机,配有密封油系统,密封瓦为双流环配置。该文对造成发电机氢气纯度低的原因进行了分析与排查,剖析了密封油系统对氢气纯度的影响。根据分析结果,结合机组检修对相关设备进行了处理、调整、优化,最终取得了较好的效果,同时也为其他同类型电厂提供了经验借鉴。Since the 660 MW steam turbine generator unit of a power plant was put into operation,the hydrogen purity of the generator has been low,which not only affects the efficiency of the generator,but also is not conducive to the safe operation of the unit.The unit is a hydrogen cooled generator,equipped with a sealing oil system,and the sealing pad is of double flow ring configuration.This paper analyzes and investigates the causes of low hydrogen purity of generator,and analyzes the influence of sealing oil system on hydrogen purity.According to the analysis results,combined with the unit maintenance,the relevant equipment was treated,adjusted and optimized,and finally achieved good results.At the same time,it also provides experience for other similar power plants.
