空巢老年糖尿病患者的自我管理水平、生存质量的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的对于空巢老年糖尿病患者的自我管理水平和生存质量之间的相关性进行分析。方法选择2019年1月-2020年1月空巢老年糖尿病患者200例作为该文观察对象,调查其自我管理水平以及生存质量,对其相关性进行分析。结果200例患者的自我管理评分总分为(17.38±2.22)分,总体生存质量评分为(39.29±1.94)分。遵照医嘱用药和社会关系、生理功能、治疗与生存质量总分呈正相关;血糖自我监测和心理、生理功能与生存质量总分呈正相关;足部护理、运动自我管理和生理功能、心理、治疗、社会关系与生存质量总分呈正相关。结论空巢老年糖尿病患者的生存质量处在中等偏上水平,自我管理水平和生存质量呈正相关,医护工作人员需要依照空巢老年糖尿病患者的具体情况为其制订有效并且合理的健康计划,提高空巢老年糖尿病患者的自我管理水平,进一步改善空巢老年糖尿病患者的生存质量。Objective To analyze the correlation between self-management level and quality of life in empty-nest elderly diabetic patients.Methods Selected 200 empty-nest elderly diabetic patients from January 2019 to January 2020 as the observation objects of this article,investigated their self-management level and quality of life,and analyze their correlations.Results The total self-management score of the 200 patients was(17.38±2.22)points,and the overall quality of life score was(39.29±1.94)points.Compliance with doctor’s prescriptions is positively correlated with social relations,physical function,treatment and total quality of life;blood glucose self-monitoring and psychological and physiological functions are positively correlated with total quality of life;foot care,exercise self-management and physical function,psychology,treatment,The social relationship was positively correlated with the total score of quality of life.Conclusion The quality of life of empty-nest elderly diabetic patients is above the middle level.Self-management level and quality of life are positively correlated.Medical staff need to formulate effective and reasonable health plans for empty-nest elderly diabetic patients according to their specific conditions,improve the self-management level of empty-nest elderly diabetic patients,and further improve the quality of life of empty-nest elderly diabetic patients.
