摘　　要：目的探究2型糖尿病患者脑出血急性期应用氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦片的临床效果。方法抽取92例在该院2018年2月-2020年9月期间进行诊治的2型糖尿病合并脑出血急性期患者,利用抽签法分为两组,参照组予以患者甘露醇,实验组予以患者氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者NIHSS评分、空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖分别为(8.93±1.37)分、(6.42±1.05)mmol/L、(9.46±2.67)mmol/L,其数据均显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.812,P<0.001;t=2.847,P=0.005;t=2.425,P=0.017)。结论2型糖尿病合并脑出血急性期患者经过氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦片治疗,可有效改善患者血糖水平与神经功能。Objective To explore the clinical effects of amlodipine combined with irbesartan tablets in acute cerebral hemorrhage in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods A total of 92 patients with type 2 diabetes and acute cerebral hemorrhage who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from February 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by lottery.The reference group was given mannitol and the experiment group was given the patients Amlodipine combined with irbesartan to compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The NIHSS score,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the experiment group were(8.93±1.37)points,(6.42±1.05)mmol/L,(9.46±2.67)mmol/L,respectively,and their data were significantly better than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.812,P<0.001;t=2.847,P=0.005;t=2.425,P=0.017).Conclusion The treatment of amlodipine combined with irbesartan tablets in patients with type 2 diabetes and acute cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the blood glucose level and neurological function of the patients.
