探讨综合护理对老年肺结核合并糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析观察老年肺结核合并糖尿病患者接受综合护理对其生活质量的影响。方法选择该院2018年7月-2019年7月接诊的肺结核合并糖尿病老年患者92例。按照随机数表分组法将患者分为两组,对照组和观察组各46例。对照组患者予以常规性护理措施,观察组患者展开综合护理。对比分析不同护理措施取得的临床效果。结果统计对比两组患者护理满意度,对照组78.3%低于观察组的95.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析比较两组患者护理后血糖水平,观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者护理后生活质量,观察组患者生理功能、社会功能、精神健康、情感职能维度评分都要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年肺结核合并糖尿病患者,在其接受治疗的过程中应用综合护理对改善患者肺功能状态和血糖水平具有明显效果,还可提高患者的生活质量,提升临床护理满意度,有利于患者预后。Objective To analyze and observe the impact of comprehensive care on the quality of life of elderly patients with tuberculosis and diabetes.Methods Selected 92 elderly patients with tuberculosis and diabetes who were admitted to this hospital from July 2018 to July 2019.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table grouping method.The number of patients in the control group and the observation group was 46 cases.Patients in the control group received routine nursing measures,and patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing care.Compared and analyzed the clinical effects of different nursing measures.Results Statistical comparison of the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients,the control group was 78.3%lower than the observation group’s 95.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);analysis and comparison of the blood glucose level of the two groups after nursing,the observation group patients fasting blood glucose,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose indicators were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life after care was compared between the two groups,and the observation group’s physiological function,social function,mental health,The emotional function dimension scores were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes,the application of comprehensive nursing care during their treatment has a significant effect on improving the patient’s pulmonary function status and blood glucose level,and can also improve the patient’s quality of life,improve clinical nursing satisfaction,and benefit the prognosis of the patient.
