摘　　要：糖尿病足溃疡(diabetic foot ulcers,DFU)具有高发病率、高致残率、高复发率、高病死率以及高昂的诊疗费用,给患者造成相当大的痛苦,这也是目前一个主要的卫生保健问题。虽然在DFU方面均有相关国家和国际指南予以指导临床诊疗操作,然而大多数常规临床护理的证据基础很薄弱。目前有临床证据表明,一定的预防和护理手段可以有效地治疗糖尿病足溃疡,降低糖尿病足溃疡导致的截肢率和病死率,相关护理途径的改变可以迅速地改善DFU临床预后。该文将通过对糖尿病足溃疡当前面临的挑战以及预防和管理机遇现状进行系统分析,为临床治疗提供机遇。Diabetic foot ulcers(diabetic foot ulcers,DFU)have high morbidity,high disability,high recurrence,high mortality,and high cost of diagnosis and treatment,causing considerable suffering to patients,which is also a major health care issues at present.Although there are relevant national and international guidelines for DFU to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment operations,the evidence base for most routine clinical care is very weak.There is clinical evidence that certain preventive and nursing methods can effectively treat diabetic foot ulcers,reduce the amputation rate and mortality caused by diabetic foot ulcers,and changes in related nursing approaches can quickly improve the clinical prognosis of DFU.This article will systematically analyze the current challenges of diabetic foot ulcers and the status quo of opportunities for prevention and management to provide opportunities for clinical treatment.
