品管圈活动在降低门诊患者药品漏取率中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过品管圈降低门诊患者药品漏取率。方法在该院门诊药房开展品管圈活动,选取该院2019年10—12月品管圈活动干预前门诊药房处方45780张,2020年6—9月活动干预后门诊药房处方46077张,比较两组未取药处方的百分比。结果门诊患者药品漏取率明显降低,不仅提高了药房工作效率,同时还大大提升了工作人员的责任心与集体荣誉感,药房工作流程也得以优化。结论品管圈在降低门诊患者药品漏取率中的应用效果非常明显,不仅提高了服务质量,降低不良事件发生率,还推动了管理工作的开展和促进个人能力的提升。Objective To reduce the leakage rate of medicines in outpatients through the quality control circle.Methods Carried out quality control circle activities in the hospital's outpatient pharmacy,and selected 45780 prescriptions from the hospital's outpatient pharmacy before the intervention of the quality control circle in the hospital from October to December 2019,46077 prescriptions for outpatient pharmacies after the activity intervention from June to September 2020,and the percentages of prescriptions not taken in the two groups were compared.Results The rate of missed medicines for outpatients was significantly reduced,which not only improved the efficiency of the pharmacy,but also greatly improved the sense of responsibility and collective honor of the staff,and optimized the workflow of the pharmacy.Conclusion The application effect of the quality control circle in reducing the leakage rate of outpatients was very obvious.It not only improves the quality of service and reduces the incidence of adverse events,but also promotes the development of management and promotes the improvement of personal ability.
