品管圈在提高创伤骨科手术患者术后转运及交接质量中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动对创伤骨科手术患者术后转运及交接质量的提升作用。方法2019年5—6月平邑县人民医院创伤骨科实施针对手术后患者转运交接的品管圈活动,选择品管圈活动实施前(2019年1—4月)及实施后(2019年7—10月)术后转运患者进行比较,观察品管圈实施前后患者转运时间、交接记录评分差异,比较转运患者监测及支持设备、病床物品、特殊物品、输液物品准备完备率。结果实施后手术患者转运时间低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实施后交接记录评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实施后转运患者监测及支持设备、病床物品、特殊物品、输液物品准备完备率均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动能够优化骨科手术患者术后转运流程,提高骨科手术患者转运及交接质量,提高护理质量和护理安全。Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activities on the quality of postoperative transfer and handover of patients undergoing traumatic orthopedic surgery.Methods From May to June 2019,the department of traumatology and orthopedics of Pingyi County People’s Hospital implemented a quality control circle activity for the transfer and handover of patients after surgery.The selection of quality control circle activities before implementation(January to April 2019)and after implementation(July to October 2019)postoperative transfer patients were compared,the differences in patient transfer time and transfer record scores before and after the implementation of the quality control circle were observed,and the completeness rate of patient monitoring and support equipment,hospital bed items,special items,and infusion items were compared.Results The transfer time of patients after the operation was lower than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the transfer record after the implementation was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The preparation rate of supporting equipment,hospital bed items,special items and infusion items were all higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle activities can optimize the postoperative transfer process of orthopedic surgery patients,improve the quality of transfer and handover of orthopedic surgery patients,and improve the quality of care and nursing safety.
