摘 要:目的探讨精细化质量控制模式在医院病案管理工作中的应用。方法将2018年1—12月采用常规管理的病案资料1000份,作为对照组;将2019年1—12月采用精细化质量控制模式的病案资料1000份,作为观察组,比较两组间年终考核结果、档案管理不良事件和档案管理满意度。结果对照组实践考核、理论考核和制度考核均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组档案丢失、档案缺损、档案损坏、医疗纠纷率均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组档案管理满意度94.30%低于观察组98.10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化质量控制模式可改善医院病案管理质量,有助于减少医患纠纷,提高满意度。Objective To explore the application of refined quality control mode in hospital medical record management.Methods 1000 medical record data from January to December 2018 under routine management were used as the control group;1000 medical record data from January to December 2019 using refined quality control mode were used as the observation group.Compared the results of year-end assessment,file management adverse events and file management satisfaction between the two groups.Results The practice assessment,theoretical assessment and system assessment of the control group were lower than those of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rates of file loss,file defect,file damage,and medical disputes in the control group were higher than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The file management satisfaction rate of the control group was 94.30%lower than that of the observation group 98.10%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The refined quality control mode can improve the quality of hospital medical record management,help reduce doctor-patient disputes,and improve satisfaction.
