摘　　要：我国医疗机构药品采购环节由于分散采购出现各种各样的问题,便实施了药品集中采购,因此也有人认为药品集中采购食药品采购市场出现问题后的制度弥补及选择。自从我国一些药品集中采购试点工作运行以来,药品集中招标采购在降价、规范药品流通秩序、净化药品市场环境等多个方面取得了较好的效果。目前为止,在我国,药品集中采购已经逐步发展成了药品流通的主导模式。In the drug procurement process of our country's medical institutions,because various problems occurred in decentralized procurement,centralized drug procurement was implemented.Therefore,some people think that the system for remedy and selection of problems in the centralized procurement of drugs in the food and drug procurement market.Since the operation of some pilot projects for centralized drug procurement in our country,centralized drug procurement through public bidding has achieved good results in many aspects,such as price reduction,regulation of drug circulation order,and purification of the drug market environment.So far,in our country,centralized drug procurement has gradually developed into the dominant mode of drug circulation.
