摘　　要：目的通过因素分析找出对医院业务收入影响较大的因素,为领导决策提供详实、可靠的数据支持,从而提高医院的管理水平。方法运用指数因素分析法,分析某院2018—2019年业务收入的变动方向和影响程度。结果门诊业务收入主要是门诊人次的增加,住院业务收入主要是出院人数和住院日均费用共同作用的结果。门诊业务收入主要来源是药品收入和检查收入,住院业务收入主要来源是卫生材料收入和药品收入。结论通过因素分析,能找出某院业务收入的不足和短板,为医院发展指引正确方向。Objective Through factor analysis to find out the factors that have a greater impact on hospital business income,provide detailed and reliable data support for leadership decision-making,so as to improve the management level of the hospital.Methods Using the index factor analysis method,analyze the direction and degree of influence of a certain hospital's business income from 2018 to 2019.Results The income from outpatient services was mainly due to the increase in outpatient visits,and the income from inpatient services was mainly the result of the combined effect of the number of people discharged from the hospital and the average daily hospitalization expenses.The main sources of income from outpatient services are drug revenue and inspection revenue,and the main sources of revenue from inpatient services are revenue from sanitary materials and drugs.Conclusion Through factor analysis,it is possible to find out the shortcomings of a hospital's business income,and guide the hospital's development in the right direction.
