摘  要:为了研究日粮中添加精制竹醋液和八角茴香油-精制竹醋饱和溶液对育成期西林麻鸭血清生化指标及免疫器官的影响,试验选取了30日龄健康西林麻鸭540只,随机分为9组,对照组,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组归为试验组(1),分别在基础日粮中添加0、5、10、20、30mL/kg精制竹醋液,Ⅵ组、Ⅶ组、Ⅷ组和Ⅸ组为试验组(2),分别添加5、10、20、30mL/kg八角茴香油-精制竹醋饱和溶液,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。实验结果表明,日粮中添加精制竹醋或八角茴香油-精制竹醋饱和溶液均可以提高西林麻鸭血清中的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量,总胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)的含量均随着添加浓度的增加呈明显上升趋势,总胆固醇TC高达4.96g/L,而TG高达3.27g/L;总蛋白(TP)含量随着添加浓度增加,含量又呈下降趋势,白蛋白(ALB)含量在试验组之间的差异性不明显;当添加八角茴香油-精制竹醋饱和溶液浓度为10mL/kg时,胸腺指数最高为4.25g/kg,差异显著(P<0.05),脾脏指数和法氏囊指数差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,日粮中添加精制竹醋液或八角茴香油-精制竹醋饱和溶液对血清生化指标、免疫器官指数均有一定的影响,且八角茴香油和精制竹醋液对提高西林麻鸭免疫力作用具有协同增效作用。This research was aimed at investigating the effects of refined bamboo vinegar and oil of star anise on serum biochemical parameters and immune organs of Xilin-ma ducks.A total of 54030-day-old Xilin-ma ducks raised in the conventional cages were randomly divided into nine groups.Xilin-ma ducks in the contorl group,groupⅡ、Ⅲ、ⅣandⅤwere fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0,5,10,20,30 mL/kg refined bamboo vinegar.While Xilin-ma ducks in the groupⅥ、Ⅶ、ⅧandⅨwere fed with the basal diet supplemented with 5,10,20,30 mL/kg refined bamboo vinegar solution saturated by oil of star snise.Each group had 6 replicates with 10 ducks each.The results showed that refined bamboo vinegar and refined bamboo vinegar solution saturated by oil of star snise increased the IgA and IgG in blood serum of Xilin-ma ducks.The content of TC and TG incresed with the concentration of bamboo vinegar and refined bamboo vinegar solution saturated by oil of star snise added in the basal diet.TC and TG was up to 4.96 g/L and 3.27 g/L.There was significant differences between the control group and experimental group in TP content.Howerver,TP content decreased with with the concentration of bamboo vinegar and refined bamboo vinegar solution saturated by oil of star snise added in the basal diet,to a certain extent.No significant differences were observed in ALB.When the 10 mL/kg refined bamboo vinegar solution saturated by oil of star snise was added in the basal diet,thymus index was up to 4.25 g/kg and show an obvious improvement compared to the control group(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in spleen index and bursal index(P>0.05).These results suggested that the combination of refined bamboo vinegar and oil of star anise in diet had signicant effects on the serum biochemical parameters and immune organs of Xilin-ma ducks and there was a remerkable synergistic effect between refined bamboo vinegar and oil of star anise.
