摘　　要：基于“体医结合”的视角,运用文献资料、德尔菲法等研究方法,依据共生理论,系统论述了城市社区体育组织共生模式的内涵,社区体育组织与社区发展是一种非对称互惠共生模式。运用组织系统论的方法构建了社区体育组织共生模式运行体系,它主要由组织管理、经费、监控、协同、评价及服务等六大机制组成。运用AHP层次分析法对社区体育组织共生模式运行效率的进行评价,认为社区组织制度管理协同、社区体医资源的整合和组织稳定的经费来源是影响其运行效率的主要因素。Based on the perspective of"Integration of Sports and Medicine",using literature,Delphi method and other research methods,according to the symbiosis theory,this paper systematically discusses the connotation of the symbiosis model of urban community sports organization.Community sports organization and community development is an asymmetric symbiosis model.By using the method of organization system theory,this paper constructs the operation system of community sports organization symbiosis mode,which is mainly composed of six mechanisms,such as organization management,funds,monitoring,coordination,evaluation and service.AHP is used to evaluate the operation efficiency of the symbiotic mode of community sports organization.It is considered that the main factors affecting the operation efficiency are the coordination of system management,the integration of community sports and medical resources and the stable source of funds.
