摘 要:南水北调中线工程总干渠水位与水量调节主要通过启闭设备驱动闸门进行。结合工程实际需求,介绍了南水北调中线工程槐河(一)节制闸液压启闭机的设计制造原则,并对其液压系统及电气控制系统设计选型进行了分析研究。实践表明:槐河(一)节制闸液压启闭机稳定可靠、经久耐用、动作精准,能够满足相应工程段的运行要求。研究结果为今后同类型工程提供了一定参考依据。The water level and quantity of the head canal of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project are mainly regulated by the gate driven by the hoisting equipment. Based on the actual demands of the project, the design and manufacturing principles of the hydraulic hoist of Huaihe(Ⅰ) control Gate in the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project was introduced, and the selection of its hydraulic system and electrical control system design and selection were analyzed. The results showed that the hydraulic hoist system of Huaihe(Ⅰ) control gate was stable, reliable, durable and precise, which can meet the operation requirements of the corresponding project section. The results provide some reference for the similar projects in the future.
