摘　　要：确定了方向盘记忆功能全液压转向器整体方案,设计选型了补油阀、方向盘传感器和控制器、转向轮传感器,开发的样机通过装车测试,测试结果表明达到了记忆精度≤15°设计目标,实现了方向盘与转向轮精确对应关系。满足了全液压转向产品高端化需求。The overall scheme of the steering wheel memory function hydraulic steering unit is determined.The oil compensating valve,steering wheel sensor and controller,and wheel sensor are designed and selected,the prototype is tested in the forklift,and the test results show that the memory accuracy≤15°that design goal is achieved,and the accurate corresponding relationship between the steering wheel and the wheel is realized.It meets the high-end demand of the hydraulic steering products.
