摘　　要：安溪县解放路西片区旧城改造设计项目,建设容量大、用地“碎”而异形、环境复杂,诸多不利因素,促使整个项目变成毫无特色的“钢筋混凝土森林”。摆脱这种困境,打造有人文情怀和独具特色的城市空间成为设计的出发点,本次设计通过认真分析用地内外影响都市更新的各种因素,寻找并解决其中的矛盾,主要从整合建设用地、创建开放空间、打造区域中心、历史风貌塑造以及共享景观资源5个方面展开,逐渐呈现出设计的创新点和方案的特色。The old city renovation design project in the west area of Jiefang Road in Anxi County has a large construction capacity,a"fragmented"and heterogeneous land,and a complex environment.Many unfavorable factors have caused the entire project to become a featureless"reinforced concrete forest".To get rid of this dilemma,to create a humanistic and unique urban space has become the starting point of our design.This design carefully analyzes the various factors affecting urban renewal inside and outside the land,and seeks and solves the contradictions,mainly from the integration of construction land the five aspects of creating open space,creating regional centers,shaping historical features,and sharing landscape resources have gradually shown the innovative points of design and the characteristics of the plan.
