摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA管理模式在病理制片质量控制中的应用价值。方法随机选择2019年7—12月该院病理技术室的病理制片200张作为对照组(未实施PDCA管理),随机选择2020年1—6月该院病理技术室的病理制片200张作为研究组(实施PDCA管理),比较两组的病理制片质量。结果研究组的病理制片质量优良率为98.5%,对照组的病理制片质量优良率为87.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA管理模式切合病理科的实际情况,实施PDCA管理模式有利于优化病理制片的各个环节操作流程,有效提高病理制片质量,从而提高临床病理诊断质量,符合当前“精准医疗”时代对病理科“金标准”定位的要求,有利于保证医疗安全,适合在病理科制片管理中推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of PDCA management mode in the quality control of pathological film production.Methods Randomly select 200 pathology films from the pathology technology room of the hospital from July to December 2019 as the control group(without PDCA management),and randomly select the pathology technology room of the hospital from January to June 2020,200 pieces of pathological filming were used as the research group(implemented PDCA management),and the quality of pathological filming of the two groups was compared.Results The excellent and good rate of pathological filming in the study group was 98.5%,and the rate of excellent and good pathological filming in the control group was 87.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA management model was in line with the actual situation of the pathology department.The implementation of the PDCA management model was conducive to optimizing the operation process of each link of pathology filming,effectively improving the quality of pathology filming,thereby improving the quality of clinical pathological diagnosis,which is in line with the current"precision medical"era.The requirements for the positioning of the"gold standard"in science are conducive to ensuring medical safety,and are suitable for promotion and application in pathology film production management.
