摘　　要：医用耗材是医院开展日常医疗活动必不可少的重要组成部分,优化医用耗材管理模式,科学合理地使用医用耗材是医疗管理工作的主要任务之一。该文就当前医改环境下公立医院医用耗材管理出现的问题,基于智慧医疗的管理理念,结合当前国家对于医用耗材管理要求,探讨公立医院医用耗材智慧化管理模式,提高医用耗材管理的智能化和精细化管理水平,从而有助于提升医院运营管理效益,推动新医改政策的顺利进行。Medical consumables are an indispensable part of daily medical activities in hospitals.Optimizing the management mode of medical consumables and using medical consumables scientifically and rationally is one of the main tasks of medical management.Based on the management concept of smart medical management and the current national requirements for medical consumables management,this article discusses the problems of medical consumables management in public hospitals under the current medical reform environment,discusses the smart management mode of medical consumables in public hospitals,and improves the intelligent and refined management of medical consumables.This will help improve the efficiency of hospital operation and management and promote the smooth progress of the new medical reform policy.
