摘  要:某600 MW汽轮机大修并网后发生轴振大的现象,且振动与负荷相关联。根据机组振动曲线,结合大修期间对汽封进行改造的情况,判断振动原因为汽封刷毛与转子间隙不足引发的碰磨。通过采取动静部件充分磨合的方法,相互接触的部分被摩擦掉,并通过在安全区域延长暖机时间的方法,动静部件得以充分膨胀,最终消除了机组因碰磨引起的振动大的问题。研究成果可为同类型机组解决汽封碰磨轴振问题提供参考。After the overhaul of a 600 MW steam turbine,it was observed that the shaft vibration was severe,which was related to the load change.According to the vibration curve of the unit and considering the case of the sealing repair,it was judged that the cause of the shaft vibration was the insufficient clearance between the sealing brush and the rotor.Through sufficient rubbing between rotating and stationary parts of the unit,the touched parts were rubbed out.Meanwhile,the rotating and stationary components were sufficiently expanded by overtime of unit warm up.As a result,the problem of vibration caused by rubbing was eliminated.The research result can provide reference for dealing with the problem of vibration caused by rubbing between sealing and rotor.
