摘 要:在信息技术飞速发展的时代背景下,医院人力资源管理信息化建设已迫在眉睫。本文以汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院为例,分析了医院人力管理现状,并根据医院需求,提出对现有管理流程进行信息化升级改造的方案。实践表明,借助计算机信息系统高效规范的特点,可以对医院人力资源管理活动相关业务进行记录、统计、分析等,从而规范人事部门人力管理工作流程,提高办事效率,为医院上层管理人员决策提供及时准确的数据支持,助力医院人力资源管理更加精准高效。Under the background of the rapid development of information technology,hospital human resource management information construction is imminent.In this paper,the author’s Hospital as an example,analyzes the current situation of hospital human management,and according to the needs of the hospital,puts forward the plan of the existing management process information upgrading.Practice shows that with the help of the characteristics of efficient and standardized computer information system,recording,statistics and analysis of hospital human resource management activities can standardize the human resource management workflow of the personnel department,improve the efficiency,provide timely and accurate data support for the decision-making of the upper management of the hospital,and help the hospital human resource management to be more accurate and efficient.
